Overview

The City of Glendale, Mo. adopted the following codes as amended by the County of St. Louis, Mo.:

• Building (County Ordinance 24,444 — Approved July 21, 2010).
• Residential (County Ordinance 24,427 — Approved July 13, 2010).
• Existing Building (County Ordinance 24,444 — Approved July 21, 2010).
• Mechanical (County Ordinance 24,438 — Approved July 14, 2010).
• Plumbing (County Ordinance 24,441 — Approved July 14, 2010).
• Electrical (County Ordinance 24,439 — Approved July 14, 2010).
• Property Maintenance (County Ordinance 24,440 — Approved July 14, 2010).
• Explosives (County Ordinance 22,015 — Approved September 15, 2004).
• Land Disturbance (County Ordinance 24,084 — Approved August 12, 2009).
